Displays the name that you specified for the restore

| Files to restore |
Displays a summary of the files and directories that
you selected to restore and not to restore. The summary is in the
file selection rules format:

Include (restore this file) or Exclude (do not
restore this file).

Path to restore or exclude from the restore,
including wildcards.

Whether to restore the subdirectories.

Displays a summary of the restore options specified
for this request, including:

Specifies whether you are restoring current or
historic file versions (as of the specified date and time),
and whether deleted files are being restored. For example, Restore
existing files, and Restoring existing and deleted
files as of <date> <time>.

Specifies the method you selected for handling
filename conflicts. For example, When duplicate filenames
are encountered, <duplicate filename option>. This
only appears for Network restores.

Specifies the security descriptor restore
option that you selected. For example, Apply the default
NTFS security descriptors or Restore the original NTFS
security descriptors. This only appears for Network
restores.

Displays the delivery options that you selected,
including:

| Media type |
Displays the selected media type for the restore.
For Network restores, this is N/A. |
| Shipping address |
Displays the ship to address and phone number. For
Network restores, this is N/A. |
| Shipping comments |
Displays any additional shipping instructions that
you specified. For Network restores, this is N/A. |
| Submit button |
Click to request the restore.

If this is a Network restore, the restore
job starts automatically. You can check its progress on the Restore
tab of the Computer Information form.

If you selected the Media or Automatic
restore delivery method, the restore request is submitted for
processing.
