This topic applies to computers running LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Agent version 4.0 or later when configuring Microsoft Exchange backup.

Purpose

Use this Options tab on the Backup form to:

  • Review your current Microsoft Exchange application settings for circular logging, and mailbox and message retention for Exchange 2000/2003.

  • Modify the Exchange settings for Exchange 2000/2003.

  • View the name of the domain controller whose Active Directory Service contains the Exchange components.

  • Save the backup configuration.

  • Cancel the backup configuration.

The Exchange settings that are shown depend on the Exchange version running on your computer.
