LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service does not support back up of the following:

Shared network drives and volumes, and any shared
directory or folder that is not located on your computer that is running LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service.
For example, LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service does not back
up distributed file system (Dfs) shares and shared files.

The files and directories pointed to by
Windows 2000/2003 NTFS directory junctions or volume mount points on
your LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service computer.
However, LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service will back up this data
from its original location. To back up these files and directories,
create a backup configuration for the computer where the data is
physically located, and select those files and directories for
backup.

Direct File System drives (or the RAW file system).

Encrypting File System (EFS) files.
However, LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service may back up clear text
versions of your encrypted files (for example, versions prior to the
file being encrypted or temporary files created by an application).
If LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service encounters an encrypted file during
backup, it logs a message and skips the file.

Disk and partition configuration information.

Volumes without drive letters.

Objects IDs. These
are used by Microsoft File Replication Service (FRS) and for Distributed
Link Tracking.
