We are aware that the following products are incompatible with LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service:

Incompatible products
All products using this driver are incompatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service.
The LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Health Check utility automatically checks whether this driver is on
a computer and notifies you if it is found.
If this product is installed on a LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service computer, starting
both the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service and the incompatible product will cause the computer to
crash, and enabling both at computer boot time will prevent the computer from
booting.
This product is incompatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service. Do not run both the
Advanced Open File Option and LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service on the same computer.
This product is incompatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service due to filter driver
and open file support conflicts. Do not run both Double-Take and LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service on the same computer.
This product is incompatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service. The LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service
Health Check utility automatically checks whether this product is on a computer and notifies
you if it is found.
If this product is installed on a LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service computer, starting
both the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service and the incompatible product will cause the computer to
crash, and enabling both at computer boot time will prevent the computer from
booting.
A LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Agent cannot be running both an open file protection product and
LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service. This includes other LiveVault Corporation products and the
open file options on other traditional backup products.
Older versions of QuotaAdvisor (prior to version 4.0) are incompatible with
LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service.
To run QuotaAdvisor on a computer with LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service,
you must update to QuotaAdvisor 4.0 or later.
This product performs some similar functions as the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service and uses
some of the same resources. The LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Health Check utility automatically
checks whether this product is on a computer and notifies you if it is found.
Running the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service and this product at the same time will cause one
of them to not work correctly.
In some configurations, this product is incompatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service.
The LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Health Check utility automatically checks whether this
product is on a computer and notifies you if it is found.
If this product is installed on a LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service computer, starting
both the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service and the incompatible product may cause the computer to
crash, and enabling both at computer boot time may prevent the computer from
booting.
The Windows 2000/2003 Remote Storage service is not compatible with the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service.
Do not install the Remote Storage service on any LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service computer.
If an incompatible product is installed on the computer on which you want to run the
LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service, you need to either disable or remove the incompatible product
before installing the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service software on this computer.
If the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service software is already installed on the computer, do not enable or
start the other product while the LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service is installed and running.
It is strongly recommended that you protect your computer by ensuring you have current
Windows emergency repair
information available.
Before making any major change on a computer (for example, installing a major application),
use the Windows emergency repair disk utility to update the computer's repair information.
The LiveVault Online Backup and Recovery Service Setup program installs file system filter drivers on your computer.
In the unlikely event that a product on the computer would conflict with these drivers, the repair information would allow you to return
your computer to its previous configuration.
Note: On Windows NT 4.0 systems, Setup will prompt you to update your emergency repair information.
On Windows 2000/2003 systems, use the Backup utility provided with Windows
to update this information.
